Radtech Solutions — Purchasing Terms and Conditions 

Effective Date: 8/18/2026 

Applicable Documents: AS9120B, ISO 9001:2015, AS5553 (counterfeit prevention) 

  1. Nonconforming Product & Service: Supplier shall notify Radtech Solutions of any nonconforming product, process, or service, including arrangements for Radtech approval of supplier nonconforming material. Supplier shall notify Radtech of any impact from a natural disaster that diminishes the seller's ability to deliver conforming goods or services. Disposition of nonconforming product shall be in accordance with Radtech-approved methods. 
  2. Changes to Product, Process, and External Providers: Supplier shall notify Radtech Solutions and obtain approval prior to making changes to the product, process definition, or services that affect customer requirements. Supplier shall also notify Radtech of any changes to external providers (subcontractors) used in the fulfillment of this order, and shall obtain Radtech approval where required. 
  3. Manufacturer Location: Supplier shall disclose the manufacturer's location at the time of order acceptance and shall notify Radtech Solutions of any changes to the manufacturing location prior to implementing such changes. 
  4. Flow-Down to Subtier Suppliers: Supplier shall flow down to subtier suppliers the applicable requirements in the purchasing documents, including key characteristics, counterfeit prevention requirements, and all customer flow-down requirements per the current applicable customer procurement documents. 
  5. Traceability: Supplier shall maintain lot, batch, and serial number traceability to the original manufacturer for all products supplied to Radtech Solutions. Traceability records shall be retained in accordance with Clause 8 below. 
  6. Certificates of Compliance: Supplier shall provide Certificates of Compliance to all applicable specifications when requested by Radtech Solutions. Material certifications, test reports, and other documentation shall accompany each shipment as required. 
  7. Right of Entry: Right of Entry shall be granted to Radtech Solutions, its customers, and regulatory authorities, to all facilities involved with the order and to all applicable records, for the purpose of monitoring product quality, verifying conformity, and auditing supplier processes. 
  8. Records Retention: Records resulting from the processing of this order shall be retained for a minimum of ten (10) years after completion of Radtech Solutions' customer's contract, or as otherwise required by that customer. After this period, records shall be securely destroyed/deleted in a manner that prevents unauthorized reconstruction, unless otherwise specified by customer or regulatory requirements. 
  9. Lost or Damaged Product: Supplier is responsible for lost or damaged product while in the supplier's custody or control. 
  10. Supplier Performance: Radtech Solutions will evaluate and record the supplier's ability to meet contractual requirements, including product characteristics, specifications, on-time delivery, completion of documentation, and responsiveness to corrective actions. Radtech reserves the right, at our discretion, to approve and/or disapprove a supplier for lack of performance. 
  11. Supplier Quality System: Supplier shall maintain a Quality Management System that assures compliance with supplied documentation, including the purchase order, drawings, and specifications. A system that complies with ISO 9001, AS9100, AS9120, and/or Nadcap is preferred. Radtech will validate the supplier Quality System status by confirming sustained certification approvals, quality surveys, and/or on-site surveillance audits. Supplier shall notify Radtech of any changes to their Quality Management System, including changes in top management or management representative. 
  12. Counterfeit Parts Prevention: Supplier shall prevent the use of suspected unapproved, unapproved, and counterfeit parts in accordance with AS5553 and AS9120B Clauses 8.1.4 and 8.1.5. Supplier shall implement a counterfeit parts prevention program that includes inspection, traceability, and reporting of suspected counterfeit parts to Radtech Solutions and, where applicable, to Government-Industry Data Exchange Program (GIDEP) or other industry reporting systems. 
  13. Foreign Object Debris (FOD) Prevention: Supplier shall implement FOD prevention practices in accordance with applicable aerospace industry standards to prevent introduction, presence, or dissemination of foreign object debris in products delivered to Radtech Solutions. 
  14. Perishable Material / Shelf Life: If applicable, supplier shall track and report shelf life, expiration dates, and storage requirements for perishable materials. Materials shall not be shipped to Radtech Solutions with less than the agreed-upon remaining shelf life. 
  15. Preservation, Handling, and Storage: Supplier shall preserve, handle, and store products in accordance with applicable specifications and requirements to prevent damage or deterioration, including electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection where applicable. 
  16. Personnel Awareness: Supplier shall ensure that all persons/employees are aware of: Their contribution to product or service conformity, their contribution to product safety, and the importance of ethical behavior 
  17. Ethical Behavior and Compliance: Supplier shall conduct business in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to anti-corruption laws (e.g., Foreign Corrupt Practices Act), export control regulations (e.g., ITAR, EAR), and conflict minerals reporting requirements where applicable. 
  18. Customer-Specific Requirements: All customer flow-down requirements per the current applicable customer procurement documents, including any invoked quality, configuration management, and records retention clauses, are flowed down to the supplier as applicable. Supplier shall comply with these requirements and flow them to subtier suppliers where applicable. 
  19. Designated Inspection, Testing, and Verification Requirements: Radtech Solutions reserves the right to designate requirements for first article inspection reports or tests, specimens, design approval, inspection/verification sampling, statistical techniques, and/or key characteristics. Such additional requirements above and beyond the normal deliverable items will be specified on the Radtech Solutions Purchase Order, RFQ, or via another acceptable purchasing arrangement. 
  20. Source Inspection and Verification Arrangements: Radtech Solutions may request on-site product verification and inspection at the supplier's premises when source inspection is required, or when other methods of testing, inspection, and verification are not adequate. When Radtech Solutions or its customer intends to perform verification at the supplier's premises, Radtech will communicate the intended verification arrangements and the method of product release. This information will be stated on the Radtech Solutions RFQ, purchase order, or via another acceptable purchasing arrangement. Supplier shall make facilities, personnel, and applicable documentation available for such verification activities. 
  21. Approval of Processes, Products, Services, and Personnel: Radtech Solutions will communicate to suppliers the requirements for approval of processes, products, and services to be provided, and the method of release of products and services on an approved Purchase Order. Where special processes (e.g., anodizing, heat treat, welding, etc.) are required where compliance cannot be verified by inspection, supplier shall provide a Certificate of Conformity evidencing process qualification. Radtech Solutions reserves the right to inspect or perform audits at the supplier's facility to verify conformity. Supplier shall maintain records of qualified personnel and process approvals and make them available upon request. 
  22. Customer-Designated or Approved External Providers: Where indicated on the Radtech Solutions Purchase Order or by customer requirement, supplier shall use only customer-designated or approved external providers, including process sources. Supplier shall not substitute or change designated external providers without prior written approval from Radtech Solutions. 
  23. Receiving Inspection and Documentation Verification: Radtech Solutions performs receiving inspection activities to verify that purchased product meets requirements, including verification of the authenticity of Certificates of Conformity, material certificates, and other accompanying documentation by review and comparison to applicable drawings and/or industry specifications. Product inspections will be performed to verify conformance to dimensional and specification requirements. At a minimum, product/service conformity and on-time delivery will be monitored. Supplier shall cooperate with Radtech receiving inspection processes and promptly address any discrepancies identified.
